DELFINGEN commits to act according to the principles of the Middlenext code relative to the fight against corruption and influence peddling. These principles guide the daily internal and external relations of our teams.

To ensure that its commitments are met, the DELFINGEN Group has opted to set up a single technical system for collecting these reports (available in all Group languages) in compliance with the legal provisions on whistleblower protection and the recommendations of the French Anti-Corruption Agency (AFA). DELFINGEN’s whistleblowing system is intended to enable collaborators and all other persons to submit reports concerning a crime or misdemeanor, violation of a law and/or regulation, violation of the code of conduct, conflict of interest, corruption, etc.
